Specialty Cakes

This cake was different than any other cake that I have done. 2 layer cake filled with bavarian cream, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate drizzle. Cake covered with butter cream icing.

Bible cake. Bottom tier is a 9x13 cake with the open book cake as the top tier. The blue ribbon is an actual ribbon. The rest of the cake is decorated with butter cream icing.

Misc Birthday cakes

Soccer goal cake decorated with butter cream icing. Cake is 12/18 (1/2 sheet) cake. Ball is 3D.

Harley Davidson bday cake decorated with butter cream icing. Cake is 12/18 (1/2 sheet) cake

Bengals bday cake decorated with butter cream icing, size 9x13 (1/4 sheet).

Webkinz themed cakes

Penguin cake 12/18 (1/2 sheet cake) decorated with butter cream icing.

Beagle cake 9x13 (1/4 sheet) cake. Decorated all with butter cream icing.

Base and border is butter cream icing. Stipes, circles and bow are made of fondant. This was only my 4th cake made with fondant. Used neon colored fondant, may not be able to tell how bright from the picture. Bottom tier 12" round and top tier 8" round

This was my very first tiered cake. All made with butter cream icing. 12" round bottom tier, 8" round top tier

2nd cake made with some fondant. Pink base is butter cream icing along with border. Stripes, circles and flip flops are made of fondant. Bottom tier 10" round, top tier 6" round. Pic 1 of 2
