My cousin's wedding cake. When I left it was all white, but when the florist came in and did their magic it turned into a BEAUTIFUL wedding cake. 
Beach themed wedding cake. My father in law had a destination wedding in FL. When we all returned to Ohio they had an open house and this was the cake I made for them. The shells and topper are made out of chocolate.

I have only done a few but I really like the challenge, I just wish I could blink and the cake is transported to it's destination. That is the most stressful drive EVER! Please let me know what you think.
